My mission in Real Estate and being a Realtor.

My mission has always been to find the kinda of real real estate that my clients want.  Paying attention to the details and noticing what clients like and do not like. For example some of my clients want to have certain things in their future property.  Finding the right properties and saving both time and money is my job.

Having the knowledge of the areas and the amenities that are in that arena makes your purchasing a property in the right area is more than likely. For example what area has newer homes available? What area is close to certain freeways? Where is the best shopping? Close to town? and many more items that I do not have listed here.

 What are the homes worth and what is the equity trend in that area.  I personally study all the areas and know what the tends are.  There are some really nice areas that are getting close to 6% increases for the last 3 years.

Knowing what type of new retail and building coming an area is also important.  A great example is Orange Ohio that is building a great new Residential/Retail area.  This type of real estate really tends to help property values go up.

Crocker Park has that type of mixed real estate already built.  These condos-Studios have 24/7 concierge service. These properties are very upscale and many Realtors do not know about them.  With the international business people moving in this area that might be a great place for them to live in. Being in  a lot of areas and knowing them gets my clients the best information and service available.
